1. Tornado Potato
Ingredients
- 4 (10- or 12-inch) wooden skewers
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/4 bunch of fresh parsley
Directions
- Arrange a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 400°F.
- Insert a 10 or 12-inch wooden skewer lengthwise all the way through the center of each potato.
- Insert the potatoes in a Tornado Spiral Potato Cutter Manual Slicer. Slowly rotate the knife handle to create a spiral around the potato. Carefully cut near the end of the potato and spread it apart and repeat the motion. Take out the spiral-cut potato and insert it into the skewer. Stretch the potato along the skewer. Ingredients
- 1 package pastry dough

3. A Big Easy Turkey Fry
Ingredients
- 16 lbs. turkey
- 8 cups water
- 6 poultry bullions cubes
- 1cup salt
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic pepper spices
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- olive oil
Directions
- First, prepare the brine by mixing 6 poultry bullions cubes into 8 cups of water, 1cup salt, ½ cup sugar and 2 tablespoons of rosemary.

- 6-7 tbsp warm water

- 1/4 cabbage medium

- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 green Chilli
- 5 French beans
- 1 small Carrot
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Preparing Dough:
- Take flour and mix with oil and water in a bowl.
- Then, knead the mix into a dough.
- Cover the dough with a wet cloth and leave it for15 minutes.
- Finely chop all veggies and mix with chicken mince. Then add all the filling spices in a bowl and mix well.
- Take around 1Tsp of stuffing and place it in the middle of the small rolled dough.
- Folding the memos in round shape towards the top.
- Seal the top by pinching.
- Heat water in the streamer.
- Line the strainer basket with cabbage leaves.
- Brush a little sesame oil on the dumplings and place them in the basket.
